Lecture
the Video at the start of the lecture was quite a wake up call in regards to the safety of your personal information, thankfully I keep my my space information as anonymous as possible and my name that is used is “The Bear”. Though I must remember to remove my date of berth from my my space.
As an avid Internet gamer most of the information was known to me in some form or another, though I personally believe that .zip files are safer because of the ability to see every individual file and scan them all to ferret out spy ware and key loggers. The link to the spy ware removers was good though and I intend to use them on my laptop as I've probably got some on it as it is running a bit slower than it should be. Though for most of the lecture it seamed like a re iteration of the plagiarism talks but practice makes perfect as they say.
